Panguitch Lake is located 270 miles south of Park City and 14 miles southwest of Panguitch, Utah. The word “panguitch” means “big fish” in the local Paiute language and the lake is full of them. Club members have reported 50-fish days of big rainbows on occasion. Camping and lodging are available nearby and the lake is also convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Cedar Breaks National Monument and Zion National Park for additional vacation options.
Details on camping, lodging and group dinners will be provided as the date gets closer.
