Brian Berry of the Teton Valley Lodge will talk to us about “Fishing the South Fork of the Snake All Year.” Brian will also share with us some of his choice flies for fishing the South Fork in the offseason. The Teton Valley Lodge is located in Driggs, Idaho on the western side of the Grand Tetons. This spectacular valley is an Idaho jewel every season of the year and a great place for a family vacation.
Brian has donated a one-day guided trip for two anglers. You can bring your own tackle and flies or he will supply them. Local transportation, lunch, and drinks are supplied. Winner(s) are responsible for an Idaho fishing license and a gratuity for the guide. The cost of the drawing for the trip is $20 and the trip must be taken in 2019.
A special addition to the program will be a short presentation on the South Fork Initiative by Ron Miller. Ron is a co-founder of the program, which is an offshoot of the Henry’s Fork Foundation and is directed toward preservation and restoration of the river.
